General terms of use of the site, general rules and legal responsibilities related to it
It is recommended that the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules and legal responsibilities specified below, be read before using Vismara.com.tr.
If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the Vismara.com.tr site. By using the site and filling out the form where your personal information will be included, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Usage and Security Rules
Vismara.com.tr is open to all its members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following written cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Recording of incorrect, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules and information that is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of site content
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any and all damages that may arise from the sharing of information, usage rights, such as username and password, given to users or determined by them, with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the User). Similarly, the User cannot use personal information such as IP address, e-mail address, username belonging to someone else on the Internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted any and all legal and penal liabilities that may arise from such use.
1.d. Use of software that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, carrying out activities, attempting to carry out activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information

3. Responsibilities
3a. The information of users visiting Vismara.com.tr (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is monitored in order to serve them better. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with in terms of advertising etc. in order to expand and improve the content, in accordance with the terms of confidentiality. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered to the users of the site and to develop Vismara.com.tr.
3.b. After the Vismara.com.tr user fills in the required sections for registration and approves the e-mail address, he/she may start using the Vismara.com.tr site by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the terms specified in this agreement.
3.c. While using the Vismara.com.tr site and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that Vismara.com.tr may publish regarding its services. All kinds of legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.
3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the Vismara.com.tr website, the User's use of Vismara.com.tr may be blocked by Vismara.com.tr temporarily or indefinitely and/or the account may be closed.
3.e. The User cannot take any action that prevents or complicates the use of Vismara.com.tr by other users and visitors, cannot install automatic programs and force/lock the servers or databases. Cannot attempt to cheat. In case of such a situation, the User accepts that their membership will be terminated and that they accept all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from the situation.
3.f. The User cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark and any kind of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes on any material copied or printed from Vismara.com.
3.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the User via Vismara.com.tr. The user's access authorization to the site will be revoked after their membership is terminated. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.h. The relationships of the site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.i. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.j. Please read the “Privacy Policy” section to read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this subject.
