Warranty Conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, prepare a report and do not accept the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

The products in your order, provided that they are unused and the packaging is not damaged, You can return it within 14 days following the day it reaches you.

"Right of Withdrawal Without Reason" is 14 days.

To perform the return process, you can fill out the contact form and inform us, or you can log in with your e-mail and password from the membership login section of our vismara.com.tr online store, enter your profile, click on the My Orders tab, then click on the Return button on the screen that appears, enter the product you want to return and the reason for return, and complete the return process. You can start. You must send us the relevant product with its complete package and cash on delivery. The unused product you want to exchange/return regarding your Vismara.com.tr order; If you send us the product with its barcode, bag and invoice, along with a note stating the reason for the exchange/return, your exchange/return process will be initiated.

- Why is the returned product not accepted by our company?

If the product you have returned has been used, if the legal return period has passed 14 days, if it has not been sent to our company in accordance with the return conditions, if it has been sent wrinkled and carelessly, your product will not be processed and will be sent back to you.

     - Label not removed,
     - In bag.
     - Must come neatly folded

How long does it take to refund the product price?

IaAll transactions regarding the product you have ordered start from the moment your product reaches our store and are finalized within 1 week. All information regarding the return process is sent via SMS to your registered phone number and e-mail to your e-mail address. Your refund payments for your bank transfer/EFT cash purchases are transferred to your account within 1 week. The time it takes for your refund amount to be reflected on your statement for payments by credit card varies from bank to bank.

-Who is responsible for the shipping cost in case of return?

-If the orders created within the scope of free shipping are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the 1000 TL condition, the shipping fee is deducted from the price of the product to be returned. If the orders created within the scope of free shipping are canceled/returned for international orders and the remaining amount does not meet the €150/$170 condition, the shipping fee is deducted from the price of the product to be returned

-How can I return a product I purchased with the installment payment option?

The entire amount of the product you purchased with the installment payment option will be refunded to your credit card. Your bank will reflect your refund to your card in installments     

- How many times can I use my exchange right for free?

You can use your exchange and return right with free shipping only once. For additional exchange requests other than 1 time, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
